MANGO STAR ⇩ 🥭 @ashleighscottcreative brings us a little sneak peek of summer with her tropical Mango Star cocktail. Featuring a sunny blend of honey sweetness, fresh lime, mango juice, and our Elderflower Rose Gin 🌞

MANGO STAR ⭐️
・2 oz Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin
・1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
・½ oz Honey Simple Syrup
・6 oz Mango Juice
・Lime Sparkling Water, to top
・Fresh Mint and Mango Stars, to garnish

METHOD: In a shaker, combine lime juice, honey simple syrup and mango juice and shake vigorously to combine. Pour into a highball glass and add ice. Using the back of a bar spoon gently float Empress Elderflower Rose Gin over top. Top with lime sparkling water and garnish with fresh mint and cut out mango stars.

OPEN FOR RECIPE ⇩ 💜 Prepare for a flavour explosion with this one-of-a-kind cocktail, courtesy of the ever so talented @spiritedla. Featuring jasmine, lychee, our Indigo Gin, and a surprise twist— boba!

LYCHEE JASMINE BOOZY BOBA:
・2 oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
・1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
・¾ oz Jasmine Tea Syrup
・¾ oz Lychee Liqueur (more if you like it sweet)
・Taro New Sago Boba rested in Jasmine Syrup
・Purple Taro Candy, to garnish (optional)

METHOD: Fill a collins glass with 3-4 tablespoons of purple taro new sago boba and plenty of ice (in layers). Add Empress 1908 Indigo Gin, fresh lime juice, jasmine syrup, and lychee liqueur to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Double strain into the collins glass and top with purple taro candy to garnish (optional).

RECIPE ⇩ Move over Bees Knees, there’s a new queen in town! 😌 @speakeasieruk takes the traditional recipe up a notch with a homemade honey lavender syrup and a gooey slice of honeycomb 🍯

To make the syrup, combine ¾ cup honey with 1 cup water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Once combined, add 2 tbsp culinary grade dried lavender buds. Reduce heat and simmer 10-15 minutes. Cool, strain and voilà!

QUEEN BEE 🐝
• 60ml Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
• 30ml Lemon Juice
• 30ml Honey Lavender Syrup
• Fresh Honeycomb

METHOD: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until chilled, and strain into a coupe. Garnish with fresh honeycomb & enjoy!
