    THE SOLSTICE SPRITZ

    The turn of the season calls for something celebratory and sparkling, like the stunning 'Solstice Spritz'! Add a touch of simple syrup for a slightly sweeter sip. Created by Jordan Hughes of @highproofpreacher.
    ingredients
    1 ½OZ
    Empress 1908 Gin
    ½OZ
    Saler’s Aperitif
    ½OZ
    Grapefruit Juice
    ½OZ
    Simple Syrup (optional)
    Sparkling Wine
    Edible Flower Garnish
    Method
    Combine ingredients (except the sparkling wine) in a cocktail shaker, and shake with ice. Strain into a bulbed glass with cracked ice. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with edible flowers.
