    With lilac season in full swing, @wildfolklore brings us a frozen cocktail that puts this delicate flower in the spotlight. Featuring a generous scoop of lilac sorbet and topped with bubbles, The Empress of Lilac makes for a lovely floral treat.

    Lilac Sorbet

    Sparkling Wine
    Method
    Stir gin in a mixing glass with ice until well chilled, and pour into a coupe glass. Add a scoop or two of lilac sorbet* and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with fresh lilac blossoms and an orange peel. *Visit @wildfolklore's blog for the lilac sorbet recipe.
