    STRAWBERRY BASIL SMASH

    'Tis the season of patio sips, and we couldn’t be more excited! @takestwoeggs brings us the perfect cocktail to stay cool on a hot day, mixing sweet strawberries with fresh herbs from the garden.

    Empress 1908 Gin
    ¼CUP
    Sliced Strawberries

    Basil Leaves
    1OZ
    Fresh Lime Juice
    ¾OZ
    Simple Syrup
    To Top
    Soda Water
    Strawberries
    Chamomile
    Method
    Puree the sliced strawberries and basil together. Mix the puree with lime juice, Empress 1908 Gin, and simple syrup. Pour into a glass, add crushed ice and top with soda water. Garnish and serve.
