    STARBOARD SOUR

    This delightfully tropical gin tiki is almost too delicious. Rich flavours of vanilla and coconut, brought to life by fresh lime, are the perfect compliment to Empress 1908's balanced palette. Created in the Victoria Distillers Cocktail Lounge.
    ingredients
    1½OZ
    Empress 1908 Gin
    1OZ
    Fresh Lime Juice
    1OZ
    Vanilla Syrup
    1OZ
    Coconut Milk
    Lime Leaves or Wheel
    Method
    Shake ingredients vigorously on ice until combined, and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with lime leaves or a lime wheel. Tip: whip coconut milk prior to shaking for a creamier texture!
