    @the.boozy.ginger's Spring 75 invites a hint of elderflower flavour and sparkling rosé to the traditional French 75's party of ingredients. Take it up a notch with an edible flower to garnish!
    ingredients
    2OZ
    Empress 1908 Gin
    ½OZ
    Elderflower Liqueur
    ½OZ
    Fresh Lemon Juice
    Sparkling Rosé
    Edible Flower
    Method
    Add gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice and ice to a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with an edible flower.
