    SPARKLING REFRESHER

    The name says it all— this refreshing floral cocktail dazzles with it's show-stopping flavour and touch of glitter. Created by our friend @the.boozy.ginger on Instagram.
    ingredients
    2OZ
    Empress 1908 Gin
    ½OZ
    Elderflower Syrup
    1 OZ
    Lime Juice
    1OZ
    Soda Water
    Cucumber Slices
    Fresh Mint
    DASH
    Edible Glitter (optional)
    Method
    Lightly muddle cucumber and fresh mint in a cocktail shaker. Add lime juice, elderflower syrup, Empress 1908 Gin, and a dash of edible glitter (optional), and shake. Strain over ice, and top with soda water. Enjoy!
