    Our very own twist on the classic Spanish Gin & Tonic, this simple and stunning recipe brings autumnal spices to the spotlight! With cinnamon, cloves, anise and dehydrated grapefruit, it's a summer-to-fall cocktail that packs a seasonal punch.
    ingredients
    2OZ
    Empress 1908 Gin
    3OZ
    Premium Tonic Water
    2Dash
    Angostura Bitters
    Cinnamon Stick
    Star Anise
    Whole Cloves
    Dehydrated Grapefruit
    Method
    Build in a copa glass over ice, adding gin first, followed by the bitters & tonic. Garnish with a cinnamon stick, star anise, whole cloves and dehydrated grapefruit.
