    SAKURA MOJITO

    Inspired by cherry blossoms in bloom, @foodie_renee's Sakura Mojito is light, refreshing, and blooming with floral flavour!
    ingredients
    2OZ
    Empress 1908 Gin
    ½OZ
    Sakura Syrup
    ½TBSP
    Cane Sugar
    5
    Fresh Mint Leaves
    3
    Lime Wedges
    Soda Water
    Method
    Place mint leaves, lime and sugar into a glass. Use a muddler and crush to release mint oils and lime juice. Fill the glass almost to the top with ice. Pour in Empress gin and Sakura syrup. Fill the glass with club soda nearly to the top. Garnish with mint and Sakura.
