                                            Fresh Lemon Juice

                                            Simple Syrup                                        
                                    
                                            Egg White                                        
                                    
                                            Dried Butterfly Pea Blossom                                        
                                    Method
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain to remove ice. Shake again without the ice. Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with dried butterfly pea blossom.
Notes
