    POMEGRANATE SPRITZ

    This ruby red cocktail is as flavourful as it is festive, with juicy pomegranate, tart cranberry and the sweetness of apricot jam. Top it all off with a splash of sparkling wine and you're set for your next fall feast! Give it a try with @bee.the.love's recipe below.
    ingredients
    1½OZ
    Empress 1908 Gin
    3OZ
    Pomegranate Juice
    2DASH
    Orange Bitters
    2TSP
    Apricot Jam
    Sparkling Wine
    Pomegranate Seeds
    Cranberries
    Rosemary
    Method
    Shake ingredients on ice. Strain into a cocktail glass and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with plenty of cranberries & pomegranate seeds, and a sprig of fresh rosemary.
