    POMEGRANATE ORANGE FIZZ

    Impress your guests at any holiday function with this tasty cocktail. Topped with foam as fluffy as a fresh dusting of snow, we bring you the delicious Pomegranate Orange Fizz!
    ingredients
    2OZ
    Empress 1908 Gin
    ¾OZ
    Pomegranate Juice
    ½OZ
    Orange Tea Syrup
    ½OZ
    Lemon Juice
    1OZ
    Egg White or Aqua Faba
    Soda Water (Optional)
    Pomegranate Seeds
    Method
    Add all ingredients to a shaker. Shake vigorously without ice. Add ice, and shake again until chilled. Strain into a chilled rocks glass. Carefully top with soda water to create a fizzy effect, if desired. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
