    PINK FLAMINGO

    With bright freshness from pineapple, guava, and hibiscus, the Pink Flamingo by @tarynstastingtable is the perfect way to start your summer!
    ingredients
    2OZ
    Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
    2OZ
    Pineapple juice
    ¾OZ
    Guava purée
    ½OZ
    Fresh Lime Juice
    ½OZ
    Hibiscus syrup
    Soda Water, to top
    Pink pineapple, pineapple fronds, guava wheel, & orchid (for garnish)
    Method
    Add pineapple juice, guava puree, lime juice, hibiscus syrup and ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake, and strain into an ice-filled glass. Top with soda water, and float Empress 1908 Indigo Gin on top. Garnish with Pink Pineapple, Pineapple Fronds, Guava Wheel & Orchid, if desired. Enjoy!
