    ingredients
    1½OZ
    Empress 1908 Gin
    ¼CUP
    Peach Juice
    1OZ
    Fresh Lemon Juice
    ½OZ
    Simple Syrup
    Sparkling Rosé
    Peach Slices
    Method
    Shake gin, peach juice, lemon juice and simple syrup with ice until chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Top with sparkling rosé and garnish with peach slices. Enjoy!
