    30ML
    Empress 1908 Gin
    20ML
    Pear Eau De Vie
    2ML
    Fresh Lime Juice
    5ML
    Bergamot Syrup
    1DROP
    Pandan Extract
    Champagne
    Edible Orchid
    Method
    Add the gin, eau de vie, lime juice, bergamot syrup and pandan extract to a mixing glass with ice. Stir for 30 seconds then strain into a champagne flute or coupe. Top with champagne, garnish with an orchid and serve.
