    Empress 1908 Gin
    ¾OZ
    Orange Liqueur
    ¾OZ
    Fresh Lemon Juice
    1OZ
    Egg White
    Lemon Twist
    Method
    Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously, without ice, for 30 seconds. Add ice and shake again to chill. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
