    HONEY TANGERINED SOUR

    Have you heard of the New York Sour? @emilylaurae bring us her LA take, featuring honey, tangerine, and the well-known red wine float!
    ingredients
    2OZ
    Empress 1908 Gin
    ½OZ
    Amaro Nonino
    1OZ
    Tangerine Juice
    ½OZ
    Honey Syrup
    Red Wine
    Honeycomb
    Method
    Add amaro nonino, tangerine juice, honey syrup and gin into a shaker and shake until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass with ice. Float red wine using the back of a bar spoon. Garnish with a piece of honeycomb, and enjoy!
