Empress 1908 Gin
½OZ
Simple Syrup
½OZ
Fresh Lime Juice
½OZ
Fresh Grapefruit Juice
Fresh Thyme
Fresh Grapefruit Slice
Method
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain over into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with fresh thyme and grapefruit.
