Created by @thewelltable, the French Quarter is a delicious riff on the beloved French 75. With a touch of absinthe and the addition of floral ice cubes, this sparkling tipple is sure to leave a lasting impression.

Absinthe (Plus a tsp, to rinse)
Method
In a cocktail shaker with ice, add the gin, lemon juice, and absinthe. Cover and shake until ingredients are chilled, then add the champagne to the shaker. Rinse chilled empty glass with absinthe then add ice. Strain and pour cocktail over ice in the glass and garnish with a lemon twist. Enjoy!
