    In spirit of World Gin Day, @servedbysoberon brings us a delicious cocktail inspired by his homecountry, Belgium. Featuring a delicious splash of Belgian Whitbier & a little chocolate, too!
    ingredients
    1½OZ
    Empress 1908 Gin
    ⅓OZ
    Lemon Juice
    ⅓OZ
    Simple Syrup
    2DASH
    Chocolate Bitters
    1½OZ
    Belgian Witbier (White/Wheat Beer)
    Method
    Shake first four ingredients briefly with a handful of crushed ice. Open pour the contents in a large glass. Add more crushed ice. Top off with Witbier-Wheatbeer. Garnish & enjoy!
