Method
Stir coconut cream, vanilla oat milk, lime juice and vanilla liqueur together until well combined. Pour fruit juice of choice (watermelon, pineapple or kiwi) over ice in a cocktail glass. Add coconut-vanilla mixture over the juice and layer Empress 1908 Gin on top. Stir and garnish with fresh fruit.
