    EMPRESS MOJITO

    ingredients
    2OZ
    Empress 1908 Gin
    1OZ
    Fresh Lime Juice
    ½OZ
    Simple Syrup
    6-8
    Fresh Mint Leaves
    2OZ
    Soda Water
    Mint Bouquet
    Method
    Add mint leaves to a shaker and lightly muddle the leaves with a cocktail muddler. Fill the shaker with ice and add the gin, lime juice, and simple syrup. Shake until ingredients are combined and chilled. Add ice to a collins glass and strain. Top with soda water, garnish with mint and enjoy!
