    EMPRESS GRAPEFRUIT FIZZ

    With only 3 ingredients, this simple cocktail is anything but ordinary. Full of wonderful midwinter flavour, it's a drink that’s both beautiful, and delicious! Created by @marissamakes__ on Instagram.
    ingredients
    1¾ OZ
    Empress 1908 Gin
    1¾ CUP
    Fresh Grapefruit Juice
    Ginger Beer
    Grapefruit Slices
    Method
    Add gin and the grapefruit juice into a shaker with ice, shake and strain into a balloon glass. Top up with ginger beer and garnish with grapefruit slices. Enjoy!
