Line the rim of a cocktail glass with honey and dip in a plate of raw sugar. Fill the glass with ice. Place Empress 1908 Gin, peach liquor, half a sliced peach, cardamom syrup, and lemon juice in a blender with a few pieces of ice. Blend until mostly smooth. Strain the peach blend and pour into the ice-filled cocktail glass. Float the cherry juice on top using the back of a spoon. Enjoy!
