    BLOOD ORANGE GIN SOUR

    This Blood Orange Gin Sour is a wonderful combination of sweet and sour flavours. It pairs beautifully with the botanicals and earthiness of Empress 1908 Gin. This cocktail is created by @sprinklesofcocoa on Instagram!
    ingredients
    1 ½OZ
    Empress 1908 Gin
    2OZ
    Blood Orange Juice
    ½OZ
    Lemon juice
    ¾OZ
    Simple syrup
    1
    Egg white or aquafaba
    Ice
    Blood Orange Wheel
    Method
    Add all ingredients to a shaker. Dry shake for 30 sec, then add ice and shake for 30 seconds. Garnish with a dehydrated Blood orange wheel, and enjoy!
