    2OZ
    Empress 1908 Gin
    3
    Blackberries, Smashed
    3
    Mint Leaves
    1TSP
    Agave
    1OZ
    Fresh Lemon Juice
    Tonic Water, To Top
    Method
    Muddle berries and mint in a serving glass and top with ice. In a shaker, combine the gin, lemon juice, agave and ice and shake until very cold. Pour over ice and top with tonic water. Serve with lemon slices and fresh mint.
