    8OZ
    Empress 1908 Gin
    6OZ
    Fresh Lemon Juice
    4OZ
    Simple Syrup
    1BTL
    Sparkling Wine
    Lemon Twists
    Method
    Chill ingredients prior to mixing. Combine gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and sparkling wine in a small pitcher (or large, if doubling the recipe.) Pour into chilled champagne flutes to serve. Garnish with lemon twists.
