Pear Liqueur

Egg White
Method
Add cucumber and Empress 1908 Gin to a cocktail shaker. Muddle. Add pear liqueur and egg white. Dry shake for 30 seconds. Add in ice and shake again. Pour into a cocktail glass, sip and enjoy!
