What you’ll need:

Creating the perfect frozen cocktail is simple! Aside from your regular cocktail shaker set up, here’s a quick list of the tools you’ll need on hand:

For the slushies:
  • Blender
  • Ice (or frozen fruit— recipe dependent)
For the granitas:
  • Large, sealed freezer-proof container
  • Fork

Now, let’s begin!

  • 3 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz Grenadine
  • ½ oz Lime Juice
  • Garnish of choice
METHOD:

Add frozen peaches, pineapples and pineapple juice to a blender. Blend well until smooth. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add Grenadine, Empress 1908 Gin and lime juice, and mix well. Pour the gin cocktail mix into a glass. Add the slushy on top and garnish as desired. Enjoy!

2. NOBLE EMPRESS SLUSHIE

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Empress 1908 Gin
  • 4 cups Lemonade
  • 4 oz Limoncello
  • 6 oz Hibiscus Syrup
Method

3. Empress Peach Pie

Who doesn’t love a sweet summer pie— from strawberry rhubarb, to blueberry & beyond, this fruity dessert makes a real seasonal treat! @marissamakes__ takes inspiration from Peach Pie for her latest frozen sip. Details below!

Ingredients:
  • 3 oz Empress 1908 Gin⁣
  • 2 cups Frozen Peaches (white or yellow, with the skin removed)⁣
  • 1½ oz Vanilla Bourbon Syrup⁣*
  • Juice of half a Lemon⁣
METHOD:

To make the cocktail, combine all drink ingredients in a blender and pulse until well blended and the consistency of a smoothie. If it is too thick, add a little more lemon juice to thin it out. Divide into two rocks glasses, garnish with a peach slice, and enjoy!⁣

*FOR THE SYRUP:

To make the syrup, combine 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water and 1 tbsp vanilla bourbon extract in a sauce pan and cook over medium heat until all of the sugar has dissolved, and the mixture is bubbling at the edges. Remove from heat and cool.⁣

4. Empress frozen paloma

Frozen Paloma? Say no more! It’s no secret we love a grapefruit cocktail, and @the.boozy.ginger’s latest creation is no exception. Enjoy this twist on the classic all summer long!

  • ½ oz Lime Juice
  • ½ oz Simple Syrup
  • 3-5 Grapefruit Juice Ice Cubes
